Participants and age limits	Seniors (born in 1984 and older) An athlete must at least have their 40th birthday on 25.09.2024
Fix/Max spots per nation	An unlimited number of participants from each country is allowed Participants from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are not allowed
Basis for participation	Each participant, on the day of accreditation (25.09.2024 until 19:00), must provide the Head Referee with a passport of the relevant country or a permanent residence permit.
Rules	The official rules of the combined pyramid, approved by the EPF (https://www.epf-billiard.com/rules/)
Flowchart	Double-elimination – 64x32 or 128x64 (depending on the number of players)
Race	Qualification – up to 3 Playoff, Semi-finals – up to 4 Final – up to 5
Registration	Applications are accepted from European national billiard federations by email europeanpyramid@gmail.com Deadline 25.09.2024
Dress code	The Dress code for championship will be full formal dress code - Waistcoat, smart black trousers, unicolor dress shirt and black dress shoes with socks. Please note that clothes must be clean and worn correctly.
Entry fee	100 euros per player The fee must be paid before the end of accreditation (25.09.2024 until 19:00)
Prize fund	Total prize money – 4.000 euros Winner – 1.300 euros + Trophy + Gold Medal Runner-up – 900 euros + Silver Medal Semi‐Finalists – 500 euros x 2 + Bronze Medals 5-8 places – 200 euros x 4
Hotel	1. Green Vilnius Hotel Pilaitės pr. 20, Vilnius, 04352 Double room (breakfast included) – 60 euros per room 2. Hotel Karolina Sausio 13-osios g. 2, Vilnius, 04343 Double room (breakfast included) – 40 euros per room
